No issues at all, really. It arrived right on time, right on time, and everything was simple and easy.

I ordered from Sussan and my parcel arrived much sooner than I expected. I got updates along the way, which was really helpful. The clothes were packed well and everything turned up with no problems. I am happy with how fast and easy the whole thing was.

They got back to me really fast and sorted everything out without any hassle. it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely mention them to a friend if they needed help with something similar.

I’ve picked up a few tops and some sleepwear from Sussan now, i’ve been really happy with them. Maybe I’m just not that hard to impress, but the quality has felt genuinely good so far. The fabric is soft and doesn’t have that thin, cheap feel, and everything has washed well without stretching out or going weird. The sizing has been accurate for me too, which is always a bit of a gamble. It’s just nice to buy clothes that are comfy and don’t look worn out after a couple of wears. I’d definitely buy from them again.

Did a click and collect order from Sussan and yeah, it was ready in the end, just took a bit longer than I thought it would. The staff were really nice when I went in to grab it though, so that helped. Wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just reckon the updates could be a bit better

I’ve ordered a few things from Sussan now i feel so relieved. I’m usually stuck between sizes, which can be so frustrating, but I’ve actually been able to find pieces that fit comfortably instead of feeling like I’m forcing myself into them. And the best part is the clothes still look cute in the bigger sizes, not like the design suddenly changes. It sounds small, but it makes online shopping feel way less stressful and kind of enjoyable again.

I sent back a couple of items that didn’t quite fit and expected the refund to take a while. It ended up being sorted quickly though. I got the email update, and the money was back in my account not long after. Maybe it wasn’t instant, but that’s fair enough with returns. Overall it was easy and I didn’t have to chase anyone, so I’m happy with how it was handled...

I usually have no trouble finding my size in stock, which is always a relief. A few of the popular colours do sell out quickly, but overall I’ve been really happy with the experience.

I’ve been happy with it. The prices feel fair, and the clothes hold up better than I expected after a few washes. Nice.

I’m not totally sure how far it all goes, but I do like that Sussan seems to be making an effort with better fabrics and sharing recycling info. It could probably be a bit clearer, but overall it feels like a positive step...

I’ve picked up a few things from Sussan recently. Just here and there. i’ve been really happy with them. The designs are simple, but in a good way. Not boring. Just easy. I can wear them to work, then still feel fine grabbing coffee after without feeling too dressed up. The colours are nice too. Soft prints, nothing too loud, which is more my style. A bit relaxed, but still looks like I made an effort. I’ll definitely keep checking the site when I feel like adding a few new pieces to my wardrobe...

Everything showed up exactly as I ordered it, with no mix-ups or weird substitutions. it’s ridiculous that this isn’t always the norm, but I’m glad this order was simple and correct.

I popped into Sussan and it was such an easy store to wander around in. It didn’t feel squishy or chaotic, and nothing looked like it had been shoved onto the racks in a rush.
The layout made it simple to find the different sections, and the racks had enough space that you could actually look through things properly. Weirdly, I remember there was this one little display table that was lined up so neatly it made me notice how calm the whole place felt.
The lighting was warm and the whole vibe was comfy without feeling too polished or intimidating. It was just a nice spot to browse at my own pace, and I’d definitely go back for another look.

I popped into Sussan after spotting a top online but wasn’t too sure which size would fit best. The lady helping me was so patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She grabbed a couple of different sizes for me to try and even went out the back to check if they had another colour available, which I really appreciated. The top ended up being lovely in person too, and the help made the whole thing much easier. Only giving 4 stars because the queue moved a bit slowly, but the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful
